Mount Edward Morrison Vineyard 2009

The 3rd release of our single vineyard Morrison Pinot Noir.

Vinified in a traditional fashion using open fermenters, hand plunging, natural yeasts and malolactic fermentation, 14 months in French oak.

Morrison vineyard grows a textural wine built around fine tannins and delicate fruit. Displaying perfumed aromatics with lovely floral notes over a solid core of ripe fruit, a wine of considerable depth.

Like our other single vineyard wines this has been aged further in barrel to aid its development and potential.

Bottled in August 2010 with a release date of June 2011, 120 cases total.
